Privacy Policy

FELT is a mobile app for members of private poker clubs. It shows which clubs have games running and lets members join a waitlist. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
- Your mobile phone number. Used to sign you in and for nothing else.
- Your name and display name. A club host sees your real name when approving you; other members see only the display name you choose.
- Your activity in the app — the clubs you follow, the waitlists you join, messages you send to a club.
- A push notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can alert you when you are up on a waitlist.
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number with any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider for the single purpose of sending you a sign-in code, and it is never shared with other members, with clubs, or with advertisers.
Message frequency. Text messages are entirely user-initiated. You receive a message only when you request a sign-in code by entering your number in the app and pressing "Send code." If you never request a code, you never receive a text.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving text messages, according to your plan.
You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages, and HELP for assistance. Opting out means you will no longer be able to receive sign-in codes by text.
Push notifications
Separate from SMS. If you allow them, we send push notifications about your place on a waitlist, games at clubs you follow, and access decisions. You can turn these off per club inside the app, or entirely in your device settings.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, for any purpose.
- We do not run advertising, and there is no ad network in this app.
- We do not share your phone number between clubs or with other members.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see what
A club's owners and managers can see the real name of a member who has asked to join their club, that member's position on their waitlist, and any message that member sends to that club. Other members see only display names. Clubs cannot see anything about members who have not asked to join them.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account while you use FELT. To have your account and its data deleted, email the address below and we will remove it.
Children
FELT is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
