FELT is a mobile app for members of private poker clubs. It shows which clubs have a game running and lets you take a seat on the waitlist. If something below does not answer your question, email us and a person will reply.
Signing in
You sign in with your mobile number. Enter it in the app, press "Send code," and a one-time code arrives by text. There is no password to remember and no account to create first.
The code did not arrive. Give it a minute, then check that the number you entered is the one your phone actually uses. If you have previously replied STOP to a message from us, your carrier is blocking the text — reply START to the same thread to undo it, then request a new code.
You changed numbers. Email us. We will move your account to the new number rather than make you start over.
Message and data rates may apply, and you only ever receive a text when you request one.
Joining a club
Clubs are private and each one controls its own membership. You ask to join, and that club's owners or managers approve or decline the request. They see your real name when deciding; every other member sees only the display name you choose.
If you are waiting on a decision, it is with the club, not with us — we do not overrule those decisions.
Notifications
Push notifications tell you when you are up on a waitlist, when a club you follow starts a game, and when a club decides on your request. They are separate from the sign-in texts.
You can turn them off per club inside the app, or switch them off entirely in your device settings.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address below and ask, and we will delete your account and its data. You do not need to give a reason.
What FELT will never ask you for
We will never ask for a password, a card number, or a bank detail — FELT does not handle money, and there is nothing in the app to pay for. If a message claiming to be from FELT asks for any of these, it is not from us.
Contact
We read every message. Please include the mobile number on your account if your question is about signing in.
