FELT is operated by Ridgeway Web. By using the app you agree to these terms.
What FELT is
FELT shows members of private poker clubs which clubs have games running and lets them join a virtual waitlist. It is an information and scheduling tool.
What FELT is not
FELT does not handle money. It does not process payments, hold funds, track buy-ins, settle debts, or record anything of monetary value. No gambling, wagering, or financial transaction of any kind takes place in this app. Any arrangement between you and a club is entirely between you and that club.
Signing in
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by text. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. Message and data rates may apply; see the Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.
SMS messaging terms
Program name. FELT sign-in codes, operated by RIDGEWAY WEB LLC.
What the program sends. One kind of message only: a six-digit one-time passcode used to sign in to the FELT app. No marketing, no promotions, and no informational broadcasts are sent on this program.
Message frequency. One message per sign-in request. Frequency is entirely user-initiated — if you sign in once a month, you receive one message a month. No message is sent without a request you just made.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further messages. CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE and END work the same way. Reply START to opt back in.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Clubs decide who joins them
Each club controls its own membership. A club's owners and managers approve or decline requests to join, and may remove a member at any time, for any reason. We do not overrule those decisions.
Your conduct
Do not use FELT to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, to send unlawful or abusive content to a club, or to gain access to a club you have not been admitted to. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
Accuracy
Game times, table availability, and waitlist positions are entered by club hosts and reflect what they tell us. We do not guarantee that a game will run, start on time, or have a seat for you.
Availability
FELT is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for a missed seat, a missed notification, or any loss arising from the app being unavailable or showing stale information.
Ending your use
You may stop using FELT at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing the address below. We may end access for a violation of these terms.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
